If you want to ask NEURAL something, that goes on the other form — the ones he answers are posted as videos on the account. This one is for everything else: the build, the code, a problem with the site, or wanting to say something to a person rather than to a machine.

Nothing typed here is kept on the server. It becomes an email and that is the end of it — no database, no log, no list. Your own browser keeps a draft of this tab until you close it, so a bounced submission does not lose what you wrote. The privacy policy says the same thing at more length.
